Yes, you can publish ArcGIS data in OcuMap via Web Feature Services (WFS) or Web Map Services (WMS) protocols where GIS layers, raster maps and attributes are overlaid on the map section. In addition, data you geotag in OcuMap can be updated directly into your WFS/WMS.
